WHAT IS MY CURRENT COLLECTION SERVICE?

I WOULD LIKE TO AMEND MY SERVICE - IS THIS POSSIBLE?
We always do our best to ensure our customer's requirements are met. Please contact us quoting your account number and company name, with the details of the amendments you would like to make.
CAN I PLEASE HAVE A COPY INVOICE/STATEMENT?
Please email accounts@forgerecycling.co.uk with your account number and company name, along with the details of the invoice or statement you require a copy of.
CAN YOU ALSO OFFER A RECYCLING SERVICE?
Yes, we can collect Mixed Recycling (paper/card/plastics/cans) as well as Food Waste and Glass Bottles. We can also arrange bulk collections of a wide range of recyclable materials. Please contact us for further information on all our recycling services.
CAN I PLEASE ARRANGE FOR ADDITIONAL EMPTY/COLLECTION/EXCHANGE?
Absolutely! Just get in touch - let us know your account number and company name, and what additional services you require.
MY COLLECTION HAS BEEN MISSED - WHY IS THIS?
If we have missed a collection due to an operational problem we will always try and contact you and advise you on when we will catch up. If you have not been contacted, please email info@forgerecycling.co.uk with your account number and company name, along with the day you believe the collection has been missed. Please note that on Bank Holidays we may run a few days behind depending on the duration and disposal availability.
MY BIN HAS BEEN STOLEN/DAMAGED - WHAT CAN I DO?
Please email info@forgerecycling.co.uk quoting your account number and company name for further information. The containers, whilst on site, are the customer's responsibility, so if the bin has been damaged or stolen you will unfortunately be required to pay for a replacement. If you do find yourself in this situation, we will replace the container as soon as we can and discuss charges with you for the old container where applicable. We strongly recommend that you inform your insurers that you have a container on site.
WHAT WASTE CAN I NOT PUT IN MY 'GENERAL WASTE' BIN?
The majority of general waste collections are EWC 20 03 01 'mixed municipal waste'. This waste must be non-hazardous, compactable, dry and light. Items that cannot be disposed of in general waste include fluorescent tubes, batteries, tyres, rubble/bricks, large amounts of metal or any liquids. Please contact us if you are at all unsure of what waste can be put into your bin.
